Backwater valve for all drain lines
Backwater valve drain lines are for all drain lines including sewer drain lines and storm drain lines. Backwater valves prevent sewer water, storm water from backing up inside your home or commercial property, they also keep out roaches, bugs, and crabs. The City sewer drain line can have a bad back up and the sewer water can enter your home or commercial property and flood out your building. A large storm can have heavy rains and flood out your septic tank or city sewer and can also flood your home or commercial property with storm mixed with sewer drain water. Blue Crab inside a toilet
This was a True Event, a clean out plug was left off of a clean out on a four inch sewer drain pipe and the crabs are all over next to the beach area's and the crab fell inside the sewer drain and tried to crawl out and made it to the toilet. A Backwater valve would have stopped the crab from crawling back into the sewer drain pipe and forced him to go the other way.Get your backwater valve today before MR. Roaches inside my home
Roaches live inside your drains, especially if you have cast iron drain pipes. Roaches live/nest inside septic tanks and man holes, then they run inside the pipes into you home or commercial property. P traps are full of water and if they become dry, the roaches can walk right out of the drain pipes and into your home living space. A crack inside the cast iron is also another signal of how roaches got inside your home, their has been cases of 30 or more roaches under kitchen sinks because there is a crack under the concrete slab, and the water makes a sink hole under the slab, allowing the roaches to craw up into your home living space.Get a Backwater valves installed to stop them marching in !
