New Kitchens

New kitchens can be great if the main drain lines and water lines are installed using the better material, copper or pex instead of CPVC for the water lines and schedule 40 PVC for the drain lines instead of cast iron. Appliances which have a great energy efficentcy, warrenty and parts avaiable for replacement.  Do not buy unique faucets or appliances from Pop up company's who will be out of business in a few years and no parts are avaialble.

Remodel Kitchens

A remodel job can be wonderful thing if the kitchens are built not from the ground up, but below the ground and up! Changing the older water pipes and drain  pipes behind walls and below floors will be the best benefit to the function of the main purpose of a kitchen, water and a drain.  All of the beautification can be modified after the most important task of them all is addressed, drain pipes and water pipes!
They are well worth the money!

Filtered water (City Supply)

Water filtered for consumption is great, just becareful and do not overfilter the water by removing the chlorine and allowing bacteria to grow in your pipes, expansion tanks and other areas where bacteria can grow.  A filter to take out the particles which the older city pipes add to the water once it leaves the treatment plant and during delivery of the water to your building, the older steel pipes drop metal particles inside from the rust on the pipes.

Hot Water

Tankless is not always the best solution for a new install or for a remodel, Tankless has a different set of problems that must be address to have fewer break downs.  Tankless Electric heaters should be sized correctly with each fixture and their most likely will need addtional electric tankless units for each bathroom to maintain proper Gallons Per Minute (GPM) and waste less cold water pulling the hot water through the pipes.
Gas fired tankless heaters are great because they can produce a high (GPM) and fewer Gas Tankless heaters are needed for a home or small business.   Gas fired tankless heaters also can have a remote control to conserve water and electric!
